Thabang Lebyane (Managing Member)

Thabang holds a National Diploma: Management from the Tshwane University of Technology and a Bachelors’ Degree: Management from the University of South Africa, a further Investment Banking training course from Investment Institute New York.

Thabang has worked for the three major banks:FNB as a transactional teller, ABSA as a Business/Credit Analyst and Nedbank as Acquisition Data Analyst and was an Energy Officer and a Petroleum Analyst at the Department of Minerals and Energ.

Overall Career functions:

Evaluation of licence applications and making a recommendation for decision making
Interpret and implement petroleum-related legislation and policies
Verify that documentation conforms with requirements and standards
Render advisory and liaison service to internal and external customers on licensing applications.
Review information submitted by licensees.
Feasibility valuation of new petroleum ventures through Net Present Values Calculations.
