It was formed by a young and dynamic individual with high levels of entrepreneurial vision, in providing various personalised and niche services for companies in the private [small to medium] as well as individual requiring petroleum consulting services in South Africa as well as in the SADC region.

The company founders have a combined knowledge and consulting experience of over 6 years in the South African petroleum sector relating to compliance, licensing in petroleum retail, wholesale as well as the import and export market since the inception of the Petroleum Amendment Act of 2006 and the Liquid Fuels Charter were implemented by the South African government in order to address imbalances from the past in the petroleum industry.
